The Game only collects data for the purpose of providing game to you. No analytics, UX-enhancements and so on - only game features that you can experience.  
## 4. What kind of information do we collect?
The Game only collects information that is required to provide you the following features:
 - Game progress synchronization across devices

This information consists of:
 - Your progress data
 - Your device type
 - Your GameCenter identifier
## 5. Where is this information stored
This information is stored in iCloud service in your private storage space. The access rules are governed by agreements between you and Apple and we neither collect any access tokens nor have any access to this storage.
## 6. Which partners have access to your data?
We share data only with Apple. No other third-party has access to your data.
## 7. Support Policy
Customer support is provided via email: spaceland@tortugateam.com. During the issue resolving process we may ask you for additional information, such as your device charactestics or screenshots as well as your email. This information may contain private data so we are to:
 - delete this data as soon as the issue is resolved
 - delete this data in 30 days from the last communication if we can't confirm that the issue is resolved
 - we may store parts of communication in our knowledge base in a depersonalized manner, stripping any provided private data
